To me the difference is that choosing to believe in God is only enriching my life, making me want to be a better person and help others, and it brings me a sense of peace in a world out of control. Where gender ideology is self centred, helps no one and creates a sense of unease in the believer.

We can see evidence of gender as it really means “biological sex”. This is provable by testing chromosomes. A person claiming to be the opposite sex is deluded or has a disorder of sexual development. Sex itself is undeniably binary. The ideology that claims gender means something different from sex is an ideology which can be proven to be false.

What I mean by gender ideology is the belief that it is like a gendered soul, being born in the wrong body etc. I don't see how you can prove to anyone who believes this that their ideology is false, any more than you can prove to a scientologist that what they believe is untrue. If they don't want to believe they won't.
